The Bottle Tree Gardens Motel has 18 units. The units are all ensuited – 6 with spa baths and the remaining 12 with walk in showers. All units have free wifi, split system air conditioning, Foxtel and have kitchenettes with microwave, toaster and kettle for those who wish to be self catering. For those who don’t – we will deliver breakfast to your room seven days per week and home cooked meals are available Monday to Thursday nights.

- A barbecue is also available for guests use at no charge.
- Free Wifi.
- All units are non-smoking.
- We have a “24 hour” cancellation policy – failure to cancel 24 hours prior to expected arrival may incur a cancellation fee.
- There is no guest laundry on site but a 24 hour laundry is located in Quintin Street which is about five minutes from us.
- Each unit has an allocated parking area within the complex and parking space is usually available on the side street for larger vehicles.
